The general meeting of shareholders has appointed Joop Kersten as a member of the Supervisory Board of GD Group B.V. as of November 24, 2023. The other members of the Supervisory Board are Ankie Wijnen-Pronk (chair), Leo den Hartog and Nico Swart.
Joop Kersten is a very experienced CFO with a background as a Dutch Chartered Accountant. He has a broad profile in the financial domain, as well as in human resources and ICT. Operating from a business perspective he brings extensive experience in various agro-food chains. He held various financial and executive management positions at Hendrix Genetics, CRV Holding, Nutreco and Vion.
