The GD Group’s current structure was implemented in 2021. The Foundation (Stichting Beheer Gezondheidsdienst voor Dieren) owns 100% of the GD Group’s shares and the GD Group owns the shares of all its subsidiaries. 

Foundation

The ‘Stichting Beheer Gezondheidsdienst voor Dieren’ (foundation) is sole shareholder of GD Group. The official name of the legal entity is ‘Gezondheidsdienst voor Dieren B.V.’. As of January 1, 2018, the Foundation's board is composed as follows:
